Carmel-by-the-Sea

If you are heading to Monterey, Carmel is a great place to stop for brunch/lunch and a stroll. Get your toes into the beautiful white sand on the beach, walk around the shops, try some local wines and olive oils (Trio Carmel is known for it). Carmel place has a lovely village feel and is worth the pit stop.
