Alcatraz

Whether you want to tour the eerie prison and hear about its history or catch a nice view of San Francisco from this little island, we love visiting Alcatraz – in the summer, it’s tough to get tickets (unless you want to line up at 4am to get one of the ‘first trip of the day’ tickets, which the Pier 33 Alcatraz landing ticket booth release when they open at 7:30am).
